In short: we collect only what you give us when you call or write. We do not sell data and we use no marketing cookies. Last updated: 7 November 2026.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

We process the data you give us yourself when you call, message us on WhatsApp or send an e-mail: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the content of your message (for example the boat you want to order) and any photos. Purpose: answering your enquiry, preparing a quote and, if you order, fulfilling the contract, invoicing and warranty service.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract and its performance) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and in establishing or defending legal claims). For orders also Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (tax and accounting obligations).

3. How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Data connected with an order is kept for the duration of the contract, guarantee and statutory warranty, and for the period required by Polish tax law (5 years from the end of the year the invoice was issued).

4. WhatsApp

If you message us on WhatsApp, your data (phone number, message content, metadata) is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms as an independent service provider under the WhatsApp privacy policy. This may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR. If you would rather avoid this, call or e-mail us.

5. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to count visits and see which pages are read. IP addresses are truncated (anonymize_ip), statistics are not linked to your identity, and we use no marketing cookies or remarketing. GA4 data is retained for 14 months. You can block measurement with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking analytics scripts.

6. Recipients

Data may be shared with providers who work for us: our e-mail provider, the website host (Cloudflare), WhatsApp/Meta (when you use that channel), Google (analytics), our accountants and the transport company when you order delivery of a boat. We do not sell data or pass it on for other companies’ marketing.

7. Your rights

access to your data and a copy of it,
rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
portability of the data you gave us,
objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
a complaint to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl) or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

8. Voluntary provision

Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number or e-mail address we cannot answer your enquiry or fulfil an order. We make no automated decisions and do not profile you.

9. Changes

If the way we process data changes (for example if we add a contact form), we will update this document and the date at the top of the page.
