How to order

Four steps,no surprises.

From the first message to the first launch. You tell us how you fish; we build the boat and tell you plainly what it costs and when you collect it.

  1. Conversation

    Call or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us where and how you fish and how many of you are aboard. We pick the model and outfitting together.

  2. Quote

    You receive an itemised quote for the hull and outfitting. Net prices, nothing hidden.

  3. Build

    We build the hull to your configuration and fit all the hardware in our workshop.

  4. Collection

    Collect the finished boat from the workshop, on a trailer if you wish. Or have it delivered to you by road. Then go fishing.

Conversation

You do not need to know boats. Just describe your fishing: which lakes, which method, how many people aboard, whether you already own an engine or trailer. We ask about the rest.

Prefer to start on your own? Put the boat together in the configurator: it generates a ready message for WhatsApp or e-mail and we reply with questions and a first proposal.

Quote

The quote lists everything separately: the Hawala 450 hull in standard specification, each piece of outfitting, the trailer if you want one. You see what you pay for and can add or remove items without guesswork.

Prices are quoted net; VAT and the settlement method (including purchases from abroad) are explained in the same document. The quote states how long it is valid, because hardware prices move during the season.

Payment terms are agreed when you order: a deposit on order, the balance on collection. Everything in writing before the build starts.

Build

Boats are built to order, not pulled from stock, so the lead time is agreed individually: it depends on the amount of outfitting and the workshop queue. The firm date is on your quote.

All fitting, from wiring to fish finder and trolling motor, is done in-house on the finished hull. You collect a boat that is wired up and tested, not a kit to assemble.

Collection

Simplest option: collect in person from our workshop in Szyldak near Ostróda, Masurian Lake District, Poland (14-106). We walk you through the boat and every piece of outfitting and hook up the trailer.

On request we arrange road transport on a trailer anywhere in Poland and to EU countries. The cost depends on your address, so we quote it individually with the boat.

If you order a trailer, you collect the boat already on it, ready to tow behind a car. With your own trailer we check the fit to the hull beforehand.

First launch: what to check

  • Hull drain plug in, deck scuppers clear
  • Battery terminals tight, main switch working
  • Engine firmly clamped to the transom, safety lanyard on
  • Bilge pump and lights switch on
  • Life jackets and papers: CE declaration, invoice, contract
